The Oro Grande School District is committed to providing a quality education for English Learners. Based on the recent updates to the State of California's policies and practices concerning English Learner education, the district has decided to undertake a large-scale revamp of the Master Plan for English Learners. The Master Plan is designed to ensure Oro Grande English Leaner students are engaged in a Multilingual Program that prepares them for success in a global, 21st century, post-secondary environment and celebrates their multilingual abilities. The plan is designed to clearly and expressly detail the district's comprehensive Multilingual Program.
